The Lacy Foundation & PTA Partnership


The Lacy Foundation operates in a complementary partnership with the Lacy Parent Teacher Association (PTA).  We work hand-in-hand, but these bodies are separately governed and have distinct missions and purposes.  The Foundation ONLY funds teaching positions. 
The PTA funds school resources, teacher trainings, and other school needs - but cannot fund teaching positions. 

The Frances Lacy Foundation is an IRC501c(3) tax exempt public charity.  Federal Tax ID number is 56-2272645.
