Our Mission
The Mission of the Lacy Foundation is to enrich the educational experience for every Frances Lacy Elementary student by supporting value-added programs and positions through charitable donations. The Lacy Foundation, since its inception in 2001, works with students, parents, grandparents, teachers, neighborhood families, community leaders and generations of Lacy alumni to raise funds in support of this mission.
The Frances Lacy Foundation is an IRC501c(3) tax exempt public charity. Federal Tax ID number is 56-2272645.
